Nevin McCaskill of the Tennessee Titans and Brian Johnson, formerly of the Baltimore Ravens, and a handful of their professional and college football colleagues will host the second annual Practicing with the Pros Football Day Camp on July 10 on the football field at Hilton Head Island High School.

The camp is open to all children ages 10 to 18. Participants will work with current and former National Football League, Canadian Football League and college football players as they learn and practice stances, terminology and drills, and use their skills in a flag football scrimmage game.

The camp costs $45 for those who pre-register and $55 the day of the camp. Registration begins at 7 a.m. The camp ends after the 1 p.m. closing awards ceremony. The Hilton Head Island Boys & Girls Club will host a sleepover Friday night for the workshop participants to accommodate those traveling from out of town. Breakfast will be served; participants must bring a sleeping bag.

McCaskill, Johnson and their guest coaches also will speak to kids at the Boys & Girls Club from 1 to 2: 30 p.m. and from 4 to 5: 30 p.m. July 9.
